Our expanding insurance firm is seeking to onboard new Insurance Advisors to enhance their thriving operations. As an Insurance Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide informed guidance to clients, articulating the benefits of specific products and providers that align with their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries related to Home and Household Insurance, overseeing all facets of broking, including New Business, Mid-Term Adjustments (MTA's), and Renewals.
- Ensure compliance with strict regulations, including FCA, DPA, and TCF, while maintaining effective communication with clients through both telephone and written correspondence.

Client Relationship Management:
It is essential to possess excellent communication skills to cultivate and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients.

Work Environment:
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to operate from a designated office and your home, during standard business hours.

As an Insurance Advisor, you will:
- Deliver prompt and expert advice to clients regarding their insurance requirements, addressing adjustments, renewals, and other inquiries.
- Generate quotations and facilitate new business through computerized rating systems.
- Optimize sales opportunities through effective cross-selling and efficient handling of prospects.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and client retention.
- Adhere to best practices in accordance with current legal and regulatory frameworks.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who are committed to exceeding client expectations through exceptional service delivery, demonstrating enthusiasm and positivity in all interactions. If you possess confidence and experience with Personal Lines Insurance Policies, whether from an insurer or brokerage background, this role may be an excellent fit for you.
