Job Title: Residential Care Worker - Trauma Support

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient individual to join our team as a Residential Care Worker, providing support to teenagers who have experienced severe personal trauma.

About the Role:
  • Full-time position with 10 shifts per month, including weekends
  • Permanent, full-time posts available
  • Driver essential, with a manual car and over 21 years old
  • Computer literate and good communication skills
What We Offer:
  • Full training via our in-house nationally accredited training course
  • Opportunity to work with a rotating team of six carers per house
  • Work vehicle provided once at work
Requirements:
  • Emotional strength and resilience to work effectively with teenagers
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Computer literate and good communication skills
