Pre-Assessment Nurse

Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Pre-Assessment Nurse to join our team at Hartswood Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' health and wellbeing, ensuring that clinical risk assessment is performed in line with our assessment process, and providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and review new patient processes to ensure seamless care delivery
- Assess patients' health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information
- Develop own knowledge and skills, as well as those of others, to deliver exceptional patient care
- Promote best practice in health and safety and security
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Promote people's equality, diversity, and rights
- Registered Nurse with current NMC Registration
- Working towards a post-registration qualification in a clinical specialism
- Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes
- Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge
- Mandatory training requirements for the role, including infection control and health and safety competencies
