Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Serving Guests: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about our menu offerings and make recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and guests.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.
Requirements
