About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent French speaker to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and franchisees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers and franchisees with their enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and process franchisee orders, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer requests.
  • Prepare export documents and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken French language skills.
