Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Family Assessment Centre Manager to oversee a newly established facility. This role presents a remarkable chance to contribute to a developing organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to define and implement the services outlined in the Statement of Purpose while effectively managing the team to achieve these objectives.

The centre will accommodate families with diverse needs and sizes.

As the inaugural manager of this Family Assessment Centre, you will be instrumental in constructing and enhancing the service from its inception.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operations of a Residential Family Assessment Centre.
  • Lead and supervise a team of family support professionals.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and strive for an exemplary Ofsted rating.
  • Foster strong partnerships with local authorities, social services, and other relevant agencies.
  • Coordinate and assess casework and administrative tasks, ensuring high standards of performance.
  • Develop and execute tailored family plans.
  • Produce comprehensive observation reports and participate in court proceedings as necessary.
  • Facilitate meetings, reviews, and discussions as required.

Candidate Profile:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing family assessments.
Qualified or willing to pursue Parent Assess standards.
