We have an exciting opportunity for a Control Centre Operative to join our wonderful team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital in Wheaton Aston, Stafford, our amazing Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12-18 with a diagnosed mental health condition.

As a Control Centre Operative you will join a friendly and supportive team, who cover our reception, managing a busy switchboard and be the first friendly and welcoming point of call for queries. You will also ensure our Security measures are followed using our Secure Key Management and CCTV systems.

**What you'll be working**:

- Full time
- 37.5 hours across 7 days
- 7am 3.00pm or 1.15pm 9.15pm

**What you'll be doing**:
- Greeting visitors and being a warm welcome to the hospital
- Manage the telephone switchboard and be the focal point of contact for all enquiries to the hospital
- Administer and account for all secure keys, staff attack alarms allocated to staff entering and leaving the site
- Producing core and agency staff IDs with information held on file and liaising with the HR Department to keep the file up to date
- Assist in an efficient and safe environment for staff and patient transition through the Control Centre by effective air lock door control
- Monitor the CCTV and report any unusual activity to a member of Senior Management where appropriate
- Carry out a full key audit after each shift change over and random key audits throughout the shift when necessary
- Providing hospitality to visitors as required
