Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Parking and Customer Relations Team Officer to join our team at Colbern Limited. As a key member of our Parking Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to the public, specifically in relation to written enquiries, representations, appeals, or statutory declarations received regarding Penalty Charge Notices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective and efficient customer support and service to the public, responding to written enquiries, representations, appeals, or statutory declarations received regarding Penalty Charge Notices.
- Work collaboratively with the Parking Service team to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, the Mayor, elected members, and external bodies to ensure effective representation of the Council.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional public holidays, to meet service requirements and ensure appropriate representation of the Council.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with experience in a similar role.
