Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leader. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function for the organization and acting as a guardian of financial insights for the commercial business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Serve as a business partner to the CRO and CMO, providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  2. Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with the leadership teams of the CRO and CMO to forecast and improve financial results of the commercial teams. Provide guidance based on sound financial analysis and projections.
  3. Monthly Operating Reviews and Leadership Meetings: Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics, highlighting trends and analyzing variances to budget and forecast. Lead monthly meetings with key members of the commercial business, sharing insights on performance and developing detailed annual budgets and recurring forecasts with the team.
  4. Long-Term Strategic and Financial Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies that inform the ELT for long-range planning.
  5. Proactive and Insightful Partnership: Oversee special projects and initiatives as necessary. Drive innovation in processes, systems, and technology to help the company scale in this next phase of growth.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in high-growth technology or consumer product company, preferably in a progressive divisional or corporate head of FP&A positions. A proven track record of success in a leadership capacity.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  3. Professional Maturity: Ability to display professional maturity and possess a broad understanding of the company's business, policies, and practices.
  4. Analytical, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to plan, set targets, model, and forecast with accuracy.
  5. Attention to Detail: Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
