A true Finance Business Partnering role with a global leader in its field. At TQR Consultancy Ltd, we're delighted to be working with this innovative manufacturer whose products are used in domestic and commercial settings worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive improved reporting to support the business in its decision-making.
* Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, including involvement in the generation of new product costings.
* Preparation of monthly management accounts, and analysis of production costs/variances.
* Support Plant operations teams with identification, implementation, and tracking of plant productivity projects.
* Capital investment process and appraisal prior to approval by management.
* Provide support to the Finance team as required on various topics/projects.
Requirements:
* Sound understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
* CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified.
* Business/finance degree.
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role within complex manufacturing, engineering, or FMCG.

About the Role:
