We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the Mobility Aftermarket division. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, supporting and acting as primary Financial Analyst for the Business Unit "Windshield Wipers" (WS) in the Mobility Aftermarket division in NA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to support business decisions
  • Investigate variances and their impact on planned objectives
  • Analyze and understand product costs, project calculations, and investment calculations
  • Present financial results, including month-end results, forecasts, and business plans to regional and central leadership
  • Ensure data quality and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and performance measurement
  • Communicate business issues and provide supporting documentation to regional Business Unit leader and global controller
  • Focus on continuous business process improvements and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years' experience in finance/accounting with focus on financial planning and analysis within Automotive/Manufacturing industries
  • Functionally proficient in SAP, Essbase, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Strong result orientation and cross-functional team spirit
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at different hierarchy levels
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Multiple years of professional experience in Bosch Controlling
