Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - Windshield Wipers Business Unit

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the Mobility Aftermarket division. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, supporting and acting as primary Financial Analyst for the Business Unit "Windshield Wipers" (WS) in the Mobility Aftermarket division in NA.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze and interpret financial data to support business decisions and drive growth.
  2. Investigate variances and their impact on planned objectives.
  3. Analyze and understand in-depth product costs, project calculations, and investment calculations.
  4. Present financial results, including month-end results, forecasts, and business plans to regional and central leadership.
  5. Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness, and provide reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and performance measurement.
  6. Communicate timely and effectively with regional Business Unit leaders and global controllers on business issues, providing supporting documentation and recommending alternative courses of action.
  7. Focus on continuous business process improvements, challenge current processes, and implement process improvements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
  2. 5+ years' experience in finance/accounting with a focus on financial planning and analysis within Automotive/Manufacturing industries.
  3. Functionally proficient in SAP, Essbase, and Microsoft Office applications. IConA is an advantage.
  4. Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  5. Strong result orientation and cross-functional team spirit.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills at different hierarchy levels, both verbal and written.
  7. A proven self-motivated and conscientious team player with the ability to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they arise.
  8. Hands-on mentality with the willingness to flexibly work on new tasks in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or CPA preferred. Multiple years of professional experience in Bosch Controlling. Plant experience is a plus.
