**About the Role**

Solution Search Ltd are assisting a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor in London with the recruitment of an exceptional Project M&E Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 3 surveyors on a £40m commercial offices shell & core project in Mayfair.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage projects commercially with 15+ years of experience in M&E Building Services Contracting
* Lead a team of 3 surveyors
* Ensure the project runs smoothly through to early 2027

**Requirements**

* Must be working within M&E Building Services Contracting
* UK applicants only
