Information Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Manager to join our team at Assystem. As an Information Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by managing and coordinating Information Management (IM) processes.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure IM Standards are Applied: You will be responsible for ensuring that IM standards are applied to our projects and that the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) is followed.
- Support Information Exchanges: You will support the information exchanges within our Common Data Environment (CDE) solution.
- Ensure Information Exchange Supports Technical Review: You will ensure that information exchange supports the technical review and verification process.
- Support Technical and Project Teams: You will support the technical and project teams in planning and executing key reviews and meetings.
- Record Minutes and Distribute: You will record minutes and ensure that they are distributed to the project teams and supply chain via the CDE.
- Manage Document Packages: You will manage the delivery of document packages through the due process.
- Manage Comment Response Matrices: You will manage comment response matrices received from document reviewers and ensure that comments are actioned.
- Maintain CDE and Deliverable Schedules: You will maintain and support the CDE and key deliverable schedules listed on the Task Information Delivery Plans.
- Provide Document Management Reports: You will provide document management related reports and statistics to senior management.
- Ensure Auditability of Information Transactions: You will ensure that full auditability of information transactions is traceable within the CDE.
- Academic Qualifications: You will have academic qualifications of HNC/HND (or higher) in an engineering subject or equivalent experience.
- Design and Construction Experience: You will have design and construction experience in a relevant discipline.
- Regulated Industries Experience: You will have experience in highly regulated industries such as Nuclear, Energy, Transportation, and Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of BIM Standards: You will have substantial knowledge of building infrastructure assets and proficiency in BIM standards and protocols.
- Knowledge of Data Management Systems: You will have relevant knowledge of data management systems and technical governance.
- Team Management Experience: You will have experience managing a team of Document Controllers and Information Managers.
- Understanding of BIM Process: You will have an understanding of the BIM process and using a Common Data Environment (CDE) following ISO 19650.
- BuildingSMART Professional Certification: You will have experience with BuildingSMART Professional Certification, CDE administration, Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to Work Independently: You will have the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
