Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Exhibitions department at Applied Market Information Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing effective marketing campaigns across our Exhibition portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to maximize visitor numbers at our AMI Expos and support sales efforts to secure new and existing exhibitors.
  • Manage campaign creative briefs from concept to production, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Research and analyze data to identify target audience and assess competitors, utilizing insight to inform strategy and drive business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align content, strategy, and target audience for marketing campaigns and delivery against targets.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns and manage the communications calendar, creating trigger-based campaigns, customer segmentation, campaign reporting, and other CRM initiatives as needed.
  • Understand and refine the online customer journey, building landing pages, keeping website content and information up to date, and proactively seeking feedback and making improvements.
  • Take ownership at meetings, providing progress updates and seeking feedback on marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager for Exhibitions, with a track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to influence and build relationships with people at all levels.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for detail, with experience in Email marketing.
  • Creative thinker with the confidence to voice new ideas and a self-aware individual, open to self-reflection and gathering feedback from others.
  • Pro-active, organized, and able to multi-task across simultaneous projects, with excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office suite, email-marketing software, and CRM systems.
