Retail Account Manager

As a Retail Account Manager at ELEMIS, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the Elemis brand through exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the growth of Elemis sales in treatments and products within the retail store.
- Proactively drive sales and ensure personal targets and counter targets are met, striving to exceed set targets.
- Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients on the product and treatment range.
- Participate in promotional activities and ensure their success.
- Assess and report weekly/monthly sales figures and business analysis to key individuals.
- Ensure accurate stock checks and discrepancies are rectified.
- Prepare rotas, ensuring the counter is covered, attendance and timekeeping are acceptable, and provide to the Retail Sales Manager.
- Support product knowledge and retail training for the wider store team.
- Be responsible for team motivation and spirit.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at the Elemis counter, site, and treatment areas.
- Ensure products and treatments prescribed are suitable for clients' needs and consider medical contraindications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle complaints promptly.
- Ensure client confidentiality and maintain secure storage of client information.
- NQV Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar retail/store role and industry.
- Experience supervising and managing a team.
- Proven sales record.
- Practical work experience in conducting treatments.
- Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience working with a professional brand.
