We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing and developing relationships with our existing clientele, assessing their insurance requirements to enhance their coverage, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. Your contributions will be vital in achieving our client retention goals through outstanding service and resources available within A-Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and maximize opportunities within our insurer network.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation, utilizing our management systems effectively.
  • Produce high-quality documentation consistently, adhering to A-Plan's standards.
  • Process adjustments promptly, ensuring timely communication with insurers and managing premium collections.
  • Cross-sell products from other divisions to enhance client value and strengthen business relationships.
  • Establish tailored renewal strategies for each client, aligning with our division's objectives.
  • Ensure clients are adequately insured, providing expert advice on insurance exposures.
  • Support the division in meeting targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Maintain professional competence by following A-Plan's training and compliance procedures.
  • Seek and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Conduct market research to secure optimal coverage for clients at competitive rates.
  • Present renewal terms to clients clearly, ensuring contract certainty.
  • Ensure premium collection is completed prior to coverage commencement, following company procedures.
