About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering email campaigns for multiple clients across multiple platforms in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Proactively liaise with the Account team for each client and solve client issues as needed.
  • Campaign Management: End-to-end management of campaigns and projects, from initial concept to deployment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Day-to-day customer relationship management – internal and clients directly.
  • Performance Improvement: Improve performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Construct detailed reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the client account.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise between the design team, data team, developers and client team, completing briefs for each department.
  • Project Coordination: Ensuring all deadlines are met for each stage of a project and campaign.
  • Technical Knowledge: To understand creative and technical components of online marketing.
  • CRM Platform Knowledge: Understanding of CRM platform technology.
  • Email Marketing Expertise: You will gain an excellent understanding of response driven email marketing.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: First and foremost, you should be customer centric. Our people go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, every time.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM processing, and systems is preferable.
  • Time Management: You won't be micromanaged here, the ability to manage your own time and deliver quality and accuracy, with speed is essential.
  • Client Expectations: Demonstrate ability to manage client expectations and to pro-actively resolve client issues when they occur.
  • Marketing Agency Experience: Experience within a marketing agency is ideal.
  • Creative and Technical Understanding: Show us an ability to understand and appreciate creative and technical components of online marketing.
  • Computer Skills: Relevant computer skills – proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, hard-working environment and demonstrate commitment to role and to drive development.
  • Email Marketing and Digital Experience: Email marketing and digital experience would be preferable.
  • Analytical Mind: An analytical mind, you can show you have an understanding of data.
