The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee Connoisseur and Customer Success Manager to join our team at UCC Coffee. As a key member of our European operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and promoting our high-quality coffee products and training resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive contact strategy to identify key stakeholders and promote best practices in the European market.
  • Promote UCC's quality products and coffee training resources to drive sales opportunities and optimize customer success.
  • Take ownership of coffee education, tailoring language to suit customer audiences and promoting best practices, efficiencies, and customer experience excellence.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining and developing personal coffee product knowledge and emerging key market trends.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to build customer relationships, analyze performance, and develop strategic development plans to support UCC European customer execution.
  • Manage, administer, communicate, and initiate customer development plans, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the Coffee Works suite and associated technology.
  • Oversee the presentation and upkeep of the UCC Milton Keynes training facility, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
The Person:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven customer-facing hospitality experience with a strong background in coffee.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage a detailed database or tracker.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and inspiring presence.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to prioritize own diary and workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a flexible approach to work and hours.
