About the Role

X1 Lettings is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management Team in Manchester. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent customer service, and working closely with our team to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including rent collection, property inspections, and maintenance coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our Property Management Team to achieve business objectives, including rent growth, tenant retention, and property maintenance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs and maintenance with our contractors
  • Prepare and present regular property reports to our management team, highlighting key issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring our business remains compliant and competitive
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management, preferably in a senior role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to properties and meetings as required
