Job Summary:

Collins Property Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our high-end Build-to-Rent site in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the building meets high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all maintenance works are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure that all maintenance activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management maintenance, preferably in a similar role.
