Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care at our in-center hemodialysis clinic. As a member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, including assessment, initiation, and discontinuation of treatment
  • Follow clinic infection control policies and procedures
  • Understand concepts of water treatment and its effects on patient care
  • Know and follow clinic risk management program
  • Attend required training and staff meetings to maintain and expand skills
Requirements
  • Accredited practical nursing program completion
  • Dialysis experience preferred
  • Current state IV therapy training requirements, if applicable
