We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing individualized care to patients with chronic kidney disease.

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at our in-center clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing patient assessment, initiation, and discontinuation of treatment
  • Following clinic infection control policies and procedures
  • Understanding concepts of water treatment and its effects on patient care
  • Knowing and following clinic risk management program
  • Attending required training and staff meetings to maintain and expand skills
