Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Consultant to join our team in Chester. As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and simplifying processes across the organization. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all communications associated with project-related changes in the EMEA region, as well as supporting the regional delivery of Service Strategy and Digital Transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support all communications associated with project-related changes in the EMEA region.
  • Support the regional delivery of Service Strategy (such as Digital Assist).
  • Support the Digital Transformation program; regional delivery of Onboard Assist & Authority Management.
  • Have full visibility/communication regarding the long-term roadmap for all Digital Transformation opportunities.
  • Single waterfall for the regional GTMO organization tracking all benefits associated with Client and Process Excellence opportunities. Focus on quantification and measuring client and process enhancements.
  • Provide governance of Operational Excellence routines and communications.
  • Create a single view and reporting mechanism for Client and Process Excellence for publication within GTMO and to partners.
  • Ensure coverage across the extended organization to have a holistic regional view of Operational Excellence.
  • Coordinate regional Operational Excellence opportunities; connecting into the global team to ensure a single view of change is visible at the GTMO Executive level.
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance of a robust pipeline and ongoing process to capture Operational Excellence opportunities; GTMO Idea generator, metric triggers, client verbatim & employee identified opportunities.
  • Coordinate across the regional GTMO Management team to ensure full participation across all Operational Excellence needs.
Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective organizational skills, managing your time efficiently.
  • Analytical mindset, challenging the status quo to provide continuous improvement.
  • Results-focused, taking ownership and accountability of projects.
Preferred Skills:

  • Prince 2 qualification.
  • Project management: Treasury qualified (ACT or equivalent).
  • Experience of Bank of America products & delivery channels.
