As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in delivering individual and group therapy programs, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify treatment needs and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy programs to address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement holistic care approaches, ensuring seamless transitions between services
- Provide training and support to non-psychology team members to enhance their understanding of psychological principles and interventions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and services
