Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at Heat Recruitment. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our compliance operation and ensuring that our business practices are in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Oversight: Provide guidance and support to ensure that our business practices are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to our business, ensuring that we operate within a controlled environment.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that our team members have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our business practices are in line with regulatory requirements, including FCA and Data Protection regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on compliance matters, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into our business practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or finance.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FCA and Data Protection regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
