- Develop insights and write case studies for different sectors.
- Develop good working relationships with primary trading customers.
- Undertake regular benchmarking exercises.
- High energy levels - upbeat and engaging, with a positive outlook.
- Creative and innovative with strong digital marketing skills.
- Proven experience of writing and delivering marketing and social media plans.
- Good data/analytical skills and sound ability to utilize desktop research tools to gather audience insights and write compelling insights-driven content.
- Copy-writing capability and design/visual comms competency knowledge of Indesign/Canva advantageous although there is a graphics team to support.
- Experience of leading and mentoring a marketing executive or marketing assistant.
- Appetite to develop a marketing team and be hands-on with delivery activity.
- Experience of working in a collaborative SME environment, with a flat hierarchy and working closely with Directors.
