About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Director to join our Capital Team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our capital projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare environments that meet the needs of our patients and staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive capital programme management strategy, ensuring effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage and monitor capital projects, using complex programme management methodology to report on performance, risks, issues, timing, quality, and benefits realisation.
  • Collaborate with service leads, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure full engagement and success of capital projects.
  • Compile business plans and associated performance monitoring tools, ensuring implementation and performance targets are met.
  • Contribute to corporate policies and strategy, ensuring alignment with the Trust's objectives.
