Role Overview

As the PFI Services Team Manager, you will be responsible for steering the team towards achieving strategic objectives while fostering a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide the team in prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with senior stakeholders and the user community to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
  • Oversee the provision of PFI Services, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations while meeting customer expectations.
  • Identify and execute initiatives to enhance the value of PFI services in alignment with customer requirements.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of contract modifications to adapt to evolving customer needs.
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with collaborators, adhering to ISO44,001 standards.
  • Lead improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of enhancement plans.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual with:
  • A solid track record in managing large-scale, intricate contracts within the Estates/Facilities Management sector.
  • Proven experience in navigating complex contract and customer management environments, with the ability to cultivate strong collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits
