About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Assistant to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and hospitality events, adhering to established menus and recipes.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of front-of-house areas, including organizing dishes and utensils.
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
