IT Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at NatWest. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our stakeholders through the delivery of one or more IT service management disciplines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the delivery of IT service management disciplines, such as financial, configuration and asset, supplier and knowledge management.
  • Managing cross-charging of change the bank activities delivered by Wealth Chief Digital Information office (WCDIO).
  • Supporting central governance for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), along with planning and execution of small technology and application changes in our CMDB.
  • Managing and overseeing end of life activities of IT Infrastructure and application components.
  • Supporting supplier management activities such as monitoring of contract terms, setting up of small contracts in cooperation with local and central teams.
  • Maintaining and unifying Confluence spaces.
  • Supporting the analysis, definition, implementation and optimization of ITIL processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need a basic understanding of application and technology landscapes, a great interest in non-operational service management domains and a strong desire to learn new things. You will also demonstrate:

  • Strong interest and technical understanding of a bank's IT landscape.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience in data management along with experience in JIRA and Confluence handling.
  • Analytical, logical and structured way of working with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fast adaptation to new procedures and working practices of a dynamic and international environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
  • Solution and service-oriented mindset, taking over ownership and showing leadership.
