About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Strategist to join our Marketing team at British Land. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated paid-for digital campaigns that drive reach and engagement across our retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals and channel objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and external agencies to plan and execute digital campaigns that meet KPIs.
  • Optimize organic social content across all chosen platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital display technologies and formats, and leverage dynamic ads, rich media, and high-impact formats to drive results.
  • Lead idea generation for social campaigns and oversee delivery through internal teams.
  • Train junior team members on best practices and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage key agency relationships and budgets related to media buying and social media.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven experience in scoping and preparing briefs, managing associated budgets, and leading small/medium-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as planning and scheduling platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and experience in performance managing service providers and agencies.
