Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Build and maintain a brand's presence across multiple social media channels.
  • Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaign budgets.
  • Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Build strategies to drive new customer acquisition and increase brand awareness.
  • Use analytics software to identify customer touch-points and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
  • Establish and lead email marketing strategy to drive sales, engagement, with personalization in mind.
Requirements:
  • ~5+ years in a digital/performance marketing role within e-commerce/online retail.
  • ~ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • ~ Knowledgeable in CRM and email/customer journeys with personalization and dynamic content inclusion.
  • ~ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • ~ Proven in building digital marketing strategies with confidence in presenting to senior leadership teams.
  • ~ Knowledge of building and implementing structure and plans from scratch, while remaining hands-on and reactive.
  • ~ Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Klaviyo).
