REPORTING TO: Head of Retail Marketing & Logistics

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated paid-for digital campaigns to drive reach and engagement across the retail portfolio.

Collaborate with the Marketing team and select agencies to plan and execute media budgets, ensuring KPIs are met.

Optimize organic social content across all chosen platforms to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident, proactive self-starter with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solutions-driven, innovative, and creative thinker with experience in scoping and preparing briefs.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as planning and scheduling platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Experience leading small/medium-scale projects and/or campaigns, with knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Desirable - recognized marketing qualification or prepared to study for one.
  • Significant experience in a marketing-related position.
  • Experience performance managing service providers and agencies.
