**Job Summary**

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Complaints Advisor to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide high-quality customer service to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

**Requirements**

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
