Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all stages of steelwork contracts from inception to completion.
  • Handle all aspects of budgeting, including costings, forecasting, and financial control.
  • Conduct site surveys, attend client and site meetings to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met.
  • Organize and oversee labour, ensuring resources are efficiently utilized and projects run smoothly.
  • Work to strict deadlines, ensuring contracts are completed to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract and project management within the steelwork industry (with a focus on architectural steel).
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, costing, surveys, and labour management.
  • Strong communicator who can effectively liaise with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide, as the role involves managing contracts across the country.
