Horticultural Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Supervisor to join our team at PHS Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in the management of our horticultural services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of operations to ensure the effective management of labour, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.
  • Attend sites to assist with installations, quality checks, and site surveys, while guiding teams in best practice and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the interviewing, training, and career management of teams in line with company policies.
