We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Supervisor to join our team at phs Greenleaf. As a Horticultural Supervisor, you will play a key role in the management of our operations, ensuring the effective management of labour, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in the management of operations and labour
  • Responsible for the effective management of productivity, quality control, and safety measures
  • Attend sites and assist with installations, quality checks, and site surveys
  • Guide teams in best practice and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the interviewing, training, and career management of teams
What We Offer:
  • Salary of £27,000 (based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday)

Requirements:
  • Clean, full manual driving licence (or with less than 6 points)
  • Able to meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check
  • Safety and legal compliance are a must
  • Experience within the horticulture industry or as a supervisor/team leader
  • Preferred qualifications are IPAF and/or Lantra
