We are seeking a highly skilled Horticultural Supervisor to join our team at PHS Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the effective management of labour, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of operations to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers.
- Lead and manage a team of horticultural professionals to achieve high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
- Conduct site audits and quality checks to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Hold a clean, full manual driving license (or with less than 6 points).
- Meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check.
- Have a good safety record and be committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Be physically fit and able to lift and carry equipment on a daily basis.
- Have experience in the horticulture industry or as a supervisor/team leader.
- Hold preferred qualifications such as IPAF and/or Lantra.
- A competitive salary of £27,000 (based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday).
