Horticultural Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Supervisor to join our team at PHS Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of our horticultural services.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of operations to ensure high-quality service delivery to our customers.
- Lead and manage a team of horticultural staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Assist with site visits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement safety measures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- A competitive salary of £27,000 (based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday).
- 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays (31 days in total).
