We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Accommodation and Welfare Officer to join our team at INTO Manchester. As a key member of our Accommodation and Welfare team, you will play a vital role in providing a supportive and friendly environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional student support and accommodation services, ensuring a high level of student satisfaction and well-being.
  • Assist in the delivery of a comprehensive social program for students, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.
  • Monitor and respond to student needs outside of office hours, providing timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with the INTO Manchester teams to follow up with students who have poor attendance, welfare issues, or have called in sick.
  • Monitor Under 18's in residence, ensuring their safety and well-being in line with our Child Protection Policy.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
