About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team at YourRecruit (UK). As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive assistance and support to the sales team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Manage multiple inboxes and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Qualify telephone and email enquiries, directing them to the relevant sales team members.
  • Accurately capture and process all orders in our customer management system, billing systems, and management information systems.
  • Create and process maintenance agreements, ensuring compliance with commercial level agreements.
  • Process contracts and variations to contracts, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Act as a filter for all new business ordered, cancellations to works, and removals from contracts and portfolios, updating contracts and the customer management system.
  • Identify issues with and errors in order data and escalate to the sales team if unable to resolve.
  • Provide professionally presented and accurate data as requested, either in Microsoft Excel or other formats as appropriate.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate query records in a centralized database, including updates to customer information, company ID, and contact information.
  • Provide consistently helpful, efficient, and courteous support to customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure the Sales Document Pack is maintained, reviewed, and kept up to date.
  • Arrange and set up monthly and weekly sales meetings, attending sales meetings both internal and external as required.
