Job Title: Locality Hub Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locality Hub Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for leading the service provision through all phases to the point of delivery and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the service provision through all phases to the point of delivery and beyond
  • Organising, planning, and delivering services to meet with the agreed service level agreement
  • Inputting into the creation of work plans, workflows, staffing, and schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, legislation, and site operating procedures in relation to soft services
  • Implementing and devising service delivery protocols to ensure the smooth running of sites while adhering to the services requirements
  • Being proactive and initiating innovative methods to increase the efficiency of the service
  • Managing and coordinating sub-contractors while on site, ensuring adequate supervision
  • Attending regular meetings as agreed by the Client
  • Ensuring responsible and effective management of all documentation requirements
  • Liaising closely and professionally with facility representatives in dealing with day-to-day operational matters
  • Ensuring regular reviews of the asset register are performed and ensuring the register is managed and updated where necessary
  • Coordinating staff rosters, timesheet sign-off, annual leave requests, managing sick leave in line with Policies & Procedures, staff queries, and managing various ad-hoc internal documentation as required
  • Inputting into monthly reporting following Services Requirements
  • Liaising with other Locality Hub Team Leaders on a regular basis and devising synergies between Hubs
  • Performing ad-hoc duties and other related tasks as assigned by the Locality Hub Facilities Manager

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
