Job Title: Curriculum Leader Wellbeing Hub

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Leader to join our team at Tynecastle High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Wellbeing Hub, providing a safe and supportive environment for students to thrive.

About the Role:

The Curriculum Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive wellbeing curriculum, working closely with teachers, support staff, and students to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a wellbeing curriculum that meets the needs of all students
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide pastoral care and support to students, including those with additional support needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to wellbeing
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the wellbeing curriculum and make recommendations for improvement
