Event Marketing Manager

Marketing Talent is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-calibre marketing campaigns for our conferences and awards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to promote our events and increase delegate acquisition.
  • Manage and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for campaign targeting.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Programming teams to produce marketing deliverables, including sponsor materials and post-event reports.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketers to ensure event marketing aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Utilise data analytics to measure and evaluate campaign performance, making adjustments to improve results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B Events marketing experience, preferably with experience in conferences and awards.
  • Strong focus on audience/delegate acquisition and marketing communications.
  • Experience working in the B2B financial, data, or market intelligence sectors is beneficial.
  • Confident use of Excel, CRM, and Marketing Automation platforms (SalesForce & Pardot ideally).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
