Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Community Care Worker. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals within our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Help with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met
  • Provide assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment
  • Engage in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being
  • Full driving licence and car required for this role
