About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients who have varying needs, including those with dementia and limited mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and providing companionship
  • Providing housekeeping and domestic support
  • Supporting clients with medication administration
  • Promoting independence and dignity

Requirements:

  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel in and around the local area
  • Hold a valid driving license and have access to a car
