About the Role:

As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with physical disabilities. Our service, Fryers House, is a welcoming and inclusive environment where our customers can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to promote independence and well-being.
  • Escort and assist customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Support our Person-Centred approach by encouraging maximum independence and helping customers achieve their individual aspirations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
