About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality and Governance Coordinator to join our team at Primary Care 24. As a key member of our Quality Team, you will provide administrative support to the Clinical Quality and Governance Manager and contribute to the management of clinical quality and governance across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Clinical Quality and Governance Manager in the management of clinical quality and governance across the business.
  • Provide administrative support, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and data production for quality and governance related meetings.
  • Contribute to the production of timely data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the quality team and other departments to coordinate the production of the annual quality report.
  • Provide administrative support to the quality team as required.
  • Attend quality team meetings and other meetings as necessary.
  • Manage the Datix reporting system in relation to patient safety incidents, ensuring that incidents are logged and updated accordingly.
About You
  • ECDL or ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel).
  • Experience of managing challenging and sensitive enquiries on the telephone, with the ability to remain calm, resilient, and apply tact and empathy.
  • Knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulations.
  • Experience of working within a similar governance/quality role in a healthcare provider.
  • Knowledge of the Datix Risk Management System.
