About the Role

Kingswood Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Reward Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the delivery of the global reward strategy with responsibility for managing BAU compensation activities alongside Reward projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the Global Reward strategy
  • Lead on a variety of Reward projects as well as BAU activity such as global annual review cycles and pay gap reporting
  • Manage two Reward Analysts on a day-to-day basis
  • Undertake data analysis and present complex data to stakeholders
  • Drive a process of continual improvement
  • Play a critical role in key people projects and project management to align Reward with business requirements

Essential Experience

  • In-depth experience of all aspects of compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks and complex annual review processes
  • Experience of managing multiple Reward projects in a large professional services or corporate environment
  • Highly experienced in presenting complex reward data and a demonstrable ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to translate strategic requirements into BAU activity
  • High level awareness of GDPR and data governance
  • Excellent Excel and data skills
